Good program. No need for help files. Super simple to understand. Had a bunch of old VCD's which I can enjoy again by ripping the music to wav or mp3 |

Works great! My only complaint is that I can't get it to convert flv files downloaded from YouTube. I get an "unsupported codec" message repeating down the black operation window. Once this happens, I can't use the "abort" button on the window, but instead have to close it with the "X" button top right corner. Anybody have a fix for this? In the meantime, I simply save my YouTube downloads in mp4 instead of flv. This app chews through the project then like cruller! |

I converted a mov file to mp3 and selected a bit rate of 160. The resultant file had a bit rate of 64.
What went wrong? |

I tried tried another DVD and it worked fine. Maybe the first one I tried was encrypted or copy protected or something. This program is totally excellent.

Works great - found it for converting flac to wav.
I see it's also supposed to convert VOB, but doesn't work for me. I get error:
D:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.VOB: Unknown format
There doesn't seem to be any kind of support to turn to (that's OK considering it's free). That's not what I was after though - it would just be a very nice bonus if it did work. Otherwise it seems excellent. |

FFmpeg is the real star of the show here but this is a very useful front-end for audio extraction purposes. After being messed around by other audio extraction software (eg. unable to extract original stream) this is a freeware package that does exactly what is asked of it.
You could put a preset into say WinFF that would allow you to do the same thing but that needs a pre-set directory and extracting the original audio would be a nuisance. It's much to have this program do the work for you. |

You GOTTA be kiddin' me! This is the PERFECT tool. Why? It's easy to use and self-explanatory even for a PC nerd like me! My problem was that I had old concert footage on my pc which I wanted to hear in the car. It was video footage in .avi and other formats. Even though I couldn't WATCH the show in the car (as car players don't play the video while driving), I was able to HEAR it. Now I have a new car and a new DVD player (inbuilt) which does NOT play region code 0 DVD. But since this footage is not commercially available and only exists on video, I wanted to at least extract the audio. I searched hi and lo - until I found the one-stop converter. And it's "Da Pazera", as I now call it. I downloaded it about 15 minutes ago - and it's heaven. Thanks so much for this!!!!! |

Great piece of software!
I have a question, though. I'm trying to extract the Japanese track (#0.2) of a movie, but Pazera always extracts the English one (#0.1 by default). How can I change that? I know it's in the command-line part, and I read the .txt and tried on my own... but it gives me an error. Anyone can help?
Cheers! |

Ultimate audio converter/extractor.
It supports ripping vob files to FLAC, which is absolutely wonderful.
I can convert concert DVDs to audio without loss of quality now.
Overall Awesome. |
